Fully Furnished Units
Torre is a fully-furnished community, so all you have to bring is your bedding and accessories, making it easy on your during this busy time in your life! Each resident will have a bed, either a study desk with chair or dedicated study area in the living room, under bed / stackable dresser drawers, personal closets, individual sinks, and a bathroom. The living area comes with a comfortable custom sofa chaise, coffee table, entertainment stand, and large wall mounted TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with quartz countertops with an extended bar area or dining table with bar stools provided, stainless steel appliances, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and front-loading washer & dryer.
Individual Leases
Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for your space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of Torre for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of rent. This is just another reason why Torre is a UT student’s best housing option!
Student-Focused Living
Torre was designed as a State Living Learning Community dedicated for academic success. Torre will offer multiple dedicated on-site study spaces that will have white boards, computers, printers, and private/group study rooms, and more. In addition to academic success, Torre is focused on giving students the best college experience with an amenity package dedicated to social and personal growth. This includes amenities like the 24-hour State of the Art Fitness Center, Roof Top Sky Lounge, Coffee bar, and much more!
Affordable Floor Plans
Torre offers many spacious floor plan options so you will easily be able to find one to suit your needs. We have studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments with single and double occupancy options. Torre also offers three-bedroom, four-bedroom, five-bedroom, and six-bedroom townhomes. SMART Housing is available at Torre, and for more information on SMART Housing please reach out to the front office staff for assistance.
Roommate Matching
If you do not have a roommate in mind, we can find you one! Each resident at Torre will fill out a Roommate Matching form so that we know what they are looking for in a roommate. During the summer, we spend weeks looking at these preferences and matching them up with the best person we can find!
On-Site Maintenance & Management
Here at Torre, we strive to provide our residents with utmost comfort, convenience, and peace of mind. Our friendly, on-site maintenance and management staff are always willing to help, whether a residents needs something fixed in their unit or they have questions about our community!
